v3.0.0-rc.0

What's new in this version:

It may seem like an eternity, and in fact it was - almost 2 years have passed since the last version was released.
However, after several months of effort, I am happy to announce the first release candidate of version 3.0.0 of the Universal Speedtest library.

The goal of this release was to completely modernize, speed up and refine the entire library.

I am convinced that most of you primarily used the Ookla test and therefore I decided to remove the test using Cloudflare servers in the current version and fully devoted to fine-tuning the test using Ookla servers. I am very excited about the results, the test is several times faster and more accurate, it also offers more output data and allows for new types of measurements and customization in the future.

I already know of several functionalities that I would like to see in the library one day. However, let me delay the production release of the new version until I implement one functionality that I believe many of you will appreciate.
