make && make run
Should Just Work on Unix, tested on a Macbook Pro with Node installed via Homebrew.
Of course if you're on Windows, you'll need a command-line environment
that supports those commands, so install Node.js and cygwin (or msysgit or
something that can give you make). I've tested it with Cygwin on 64-bit Windows 7.
