Phillip is a first-ordered abductive reasoner for NLP written in C++. It is based on ILP-based abduction and much more efficient than existing abductive reasoners.

Phillip is distributed under the term of the modified BSD license.
ILP-based abduction was originally proposed by Naoya Inoue.
The Phillip distribution contains the CDB++ distribution, which is released by Naoaki Okazaki under the term of the modified BSD license.
