Safe Roads Competition 2024 Grand Champion: Led team of three analytics students in improving cyclist safety by analyzing Toronto Police geospatial traffic collision data using Python, SAS, and Tableau.

HR Predictive Modelling for Employee Turnover • Conducted analysis of 150,000 HR data points to develop employee retention recommendations. • Deployed advanced predictive models, leveraging techniques such as regression, decision trees, random forest, XGBoost, to accurately forecast employee turnover risk and influencing factors.
