s1kd-upissue: Standardize options Added standard -v (--verbose) and -q (--quiet) options to s1kd-upissue to better fit with the other tools. The previous functions of -v were moved to -5 (--print), just like s1kd-instance. The existing -q (--keep-qa) was renamed to -Q.

s1kd-instance: Add products to -H report Added a list of products from the PCT to the -H (--list-properties) report. In "all" mode, it lists all products from the relevant PCT. In "applic" mode, it only lists products within the applicability of the object.

s1kd-brexcheck: Create Saxon node once per doc Before, every time a rule was checked, a new Saxon processor was created and the document was re-parsed into a Saxon XdmNode. Now, one processor is created at startup, and the XdmNode is only created once per document.

s1kd-repcheck: Add namespace to CIR ref attributes Added a namespace to the attributes added by the tool to identify and validate CIR references. Also added documentation on how to configure CIR reference extraction and validation using these attributes in a custom XSLT script.
