What is the current behavior?

Resolves: #827

What is the new behavior?

  • Stores the bytecode of a contract in 31-bytes chunks, sequentially from address 0 of the contract's storage.
  • Packing / unpacking is transparent and handled in the Store trait.

Does this introduce a breaking change?
