I'll look this over, there's some tests failing due to some private-ish api that I was trying to mess with with Plupload |

This PR updates plupload to the latest 2.x.x version available and also updates the references to
mOxie, which is now justmoxie(with a lowercase 'o').This is an attempt to address this issue:
