What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to install the gadget
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Gadget should install.  Gadget is not signed and not allowed due to system 
restrictions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver 2.6 / Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
