correcting some names

Correcting some names from dblp. Most cases are misspelled, missing editors, or in different order.
There are 3 expections where all editors were different:

• Proceedings of the Eleventh International Symposium on Foundations of Information and Knowledge Systems
• Proceedings of the Fourth Annual Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computation
• Technical Communications of the Thirty-second International Conference on Logic Programming (ICLP'16)

I checked this by hand, and dblp was right.

I also replace some values by @strings
