supreSSHion 1.0

After 3+ years of using it daily, it is time to make a 1.0.

It was also time to update to Swift 5 and newer Xcode. As long as I was doing all that I built a universal binary and added support for M1 Macs!

Unfortunately, I don't have an M1 Mac to fully test it, but it runs and seems to be doing the right thing.

This is the first release of supreSSHion. It is feature complete for what I wanted but its just missing an about dialog and other people beating on it.
