I don't get it, what is broken about the original v2 link that I set this to in #1048?

@mpereira you seem to have changed to link to kubebuilder v1 docs, while @alenkacz who approved this specifically said that we wanted v2. (And which seems to match the code).

@porridge wait I thought v1 is never :D because it looks better. But they also link to http://book.kubebuilder.io on the official repo. Should we revert then?

@porridge the https://book.kubebuilder.io/quick-start.html#installation URL was broken at the time this PR was opened.

Funny, since I had just changed to that from another broken link a couple of days before your PR. But it's back, so let's revert.
