Like mentioned in readme.md this release contains some changes from the original version.

Download hbl2hbc.txt to only get the the sample hbl2hbc.txt (optional)
Download hbl2hbc_mod0.1.zip to get the homebrew without the sample hbl2hbc.txt
Download hbl2hbc_mod0.1withtxt.zip to get the homebrew with the sample hbl2hbc.txt

To install from the .zip files just extract the wiiu folder inside to your SDCard's root.
