In this PR i have added demo of kyverno-envoy-plugin as an external authorization server with standalone envoy .
I have configured kyverno-envoy-plugin and envoy with envoy configuration and then passed these configurations with envoy image . Also added istio proxy init script to configure and redirect traffic to the envoy proxy
