Specifically, when the switch is clicked to turn it on, it briefly toggles to the "on" state, then back to "off," and finally settles on "on." This behavior is not intuitive and can be confusing for users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the container registry settings in the WebUI.
2. Click the enable switch to turn it on.
3. Observe the transition behavior of the switch.

Expected Behavior

The switch should transition smoothly from "off" to "on" without toggling back and forth.

Actual Behavior

The switch briefly toggles to "on," then back to "off," and finally to "on."
