'Invalid tiff file' error

Hi team,

Thanks a lot for the amazing tool. I installed the minerva story and tried to open an image. I got this error: Invalid tiff file.

The file is a ome.tiff file. I wonder if there is any tool or change I could use to make it work? IDK what is the format on top of ome.tif it requires.

some additional message from the terminal:

'not enough values to unpack (expected 2, got 1)'

some more error as i played around the data:

Codec does not support buffers of > 2147483647 bytes

Sorry for the delay in responding. Could you try deleting your conda environment and recreating it according to the instructions in the README here: https://github.com/labsyspharm/minerva-author#installing
We just updated the conda environment definition to update many package versions, and I think the issue you are seeing should be fixed.

As I mentioned in your other issue over on minerva-author, could you try the pre-built release at https://github.com/labsyspharm/minerva-author/releases ?
