to save some useful config files when develope on wsl/ubuntu/mac/windows
- proxy.sh 在wsl2上脚本连接windows上的代理，通过设置环境变量http proxy实现
- python pycharm不支持连接wsl2上的python venv, 通过此脚本，替换实际python执行，将参数代理传递到venv中
