Welcome to the lintools wiki!

LINTools displays the dynamic interactions between protein residues and ligand atoms. Although it has been possible to analyse ligand binding sites by looking at static data from molecular docking, the dynamics of these interactions are not represented. LINTools is an attempt to fill this void and display the ligand binding sites as dynamic entities rather than fixed points in time.
