I am not sure it works, because there is no version 1.0.2 for spqr, and if you try to update graphql to 21.5, you will get an error when you try to run the server |

This PR fixes CVE-2024-40094 (severity 7.5) by upgrading graphql-java from 21.3 to the nearest compatible version, 21.5.
