[FE] Content Panel: Improvements in navigation

When the user is in the content panel we should include in the nav bar: blogs, tags and an avatar.
We should have an default image, in case that user hasn't added an image when creating the profile.
When the avatar is clicked a menu should open under it with: Full Name of the logged user; email and Sign Out option.
