- separating some code into individual functions.
- add and fix tests
- Refactor database code into interface so we are able to use different types of DBs (this also helps with tests).
- Added reference to quote on proofs
- Better setting of state for proofs and quote.
- Fakewallet errors watching for testing.
- Bugfix: CLN sending pending when it should be false
- Bugfix: db query not setting preimage.
