Propelo plugin creates temporary files before transmitting data into Propelo's servers.
These files are regularly cleared right after being transmitted to Propelo and upon plugin initialization.
If, for some reason, too many files are left in the propelo's work directory the deletion process can fail and can cause JVM memory issues.
