The version introduces the minimum required changes for the Lido protocol to pass the Shapella hardfork without actual contracts upgrade. This oracle, in addition to the balance of validators on the Consensus Layer, takes into account the balance of the Withdrawals Vault whose address is specified as the Withdrawal Credentials of Lido validators.
