How to get cookies file

Install EditThisCookie in your browser.
Open the option, select Netscape HTTP Cookie File in option Choose the preferred export format for cookies and make sure enabled Show "Edit Cookies" in contextual menu.
Open pixiv website, login your account and then click EditThisCookie in the contextual menu.
Click export button on the top of the page.
