Fix the Package.swift to allow building in Xcode as a dependency. Previously Xcode wouldn’t show any destinations because it didn’t like the unsafe flags.

Some things still aren’t there, like transforms, shear, and 3D spherical coordinates, and a many things don’t have tests yet.
