Introduction

This user manual provides detailed instructions on how to delete fuel requests in the Fuel Management Information System (FMIS). The new deletion process involves a two-step approval procedure to ensure proper oversight and accountability.

Steps to Delete a Fuel Request

Step 1: Submit Deletion Request (Institution Administrator)

  1. Log in as Institution Administrator:

    • Access the system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to View Orders:

    • Go to the "View Orders" section under the "Order Management" menu.
  3. Select the Request:

    • Locate the fuel request you wish to delete from the list of orders.
  4. Generate Deletion Request:

    • Click the "Delete" button next to the request details.
    • Provide a comment explaining the reason for deletion.
    • Click the "Submit" button to send the deletion request to the Ministry of Health's system administrators.

Step 2: Approve and Delete Request (Ministry of Health System Administrator)

  1. Log in as Ministry of Health System Administrator:

    • Access the system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Delete Requests to Attend:

    • Go to the "Delete Requests to Attend" section under the "Administration" menu.
  3. Review Pending Deletion Requests:

    • Review the list of pending deletion requests.
    • Click on the request to view detailed information.
  4. Approve and Delete Request:

    • Provide a comment explaining the reason for approval.
    • Click the "Delete" button.
    • Confirm the deletion when prompted by the warning message.

Important Notes

  • Comments Required: Both the institution administrator and the Ministry of Health system administrator must provide comments when submitting and approving deletion requests.
  • Audit Trail: All deletion requests and approvals are logged for audit purposes.
