Week 16 (June 21, 2020)

  • Finished Project Management session (AON, Gantt chart, work division table).
  • Finished Conclusion and Future Improvement part.
  • Finished displaying the installation process associated with screenshots.
  • Made appropriate changes in Requirement Specifications document by adding the new parts of work.
  • Still working on php code and finalised a draft for the project submission.

Week 15 (June 14, 2020)

  • Finished component and deployment diagrams.
  • Worked on work division table.
  • Worked on the php code (continuing).

Week 14 (June 10, 2020)

  • Attended two meetings regarding the full completion of the project.
  • Finished class and object diagrams.
  • Finished building the database.
  • Made appropriate changes in sequence and state charts after finishing class and object diagrams.
  • Started working on the php code.

Week 13 (June 3, 2020)

  • Discussed for class & object diagrams and building the database in the system.
  • Didn't assign any tasks to the team due to the busy midterm week.

Week 12 (May 27, 2020)

  • Attended two meetings regarding the finalisation of the midterm assignment.
  • Finalised all diagrams required for the midterm assignment.
  • Made the appropriate changes to achieve the automation of the inventory and menu.
  • Modified to a final draft the Requirement Specification Document.

Week 11 (May 20, 2020)

  • Attended two meetings regarding state charts, DFD, ERD diagrams, sequence and collaboration diagrams.
  • Finalised DFD and State charts.
  • Worked on ERD, Sequence and Collaboration diagrams, and finished the first draft.
  • Revised the final document and made the necessary changes.

Week 10 (May 13, 2020)

  • Attended two meetings regarding dfd, activity and state diagrams.
  • Worked the first draft of the dfd, activity and state diagrams and started working on sequence, collaboration and ERD diagrams.

Week 9 (May 6, 2020)

  • Discussed and completed use cases and use case scenarios.
  • Watched a tutorial on UML and divided duties regarding all diagrams needed to be implemented.

Week 8 (April 29, 2020)

  • Discussed and completed all the structure of Requirements Specifications.
  • Worked and completed 2/3 of user scenarios (user scenarios and use cases).

Week 7 (April 22, 2020)

  • Discussed and completed the second part of Requirements Specifications (functional and non functional requirements).
  • Discussed and explained use case scenarios.

Week 6 (April 15, 2020)

  • Continue working on final sketches.
  • Discussed and completed the first part of Requirements Specifications.

Week 5 (April 10, 2020)

  • Draw the first sketches for the system.
  • Discussed and analysed in details all the functionalities of the software.
  • Discussed and analysed in details the Requirements Specification document.

Week 4 (April 3, 2020)

  • Completed step 4 regarding the communication with the customer.
  • Worked on constraints, dependencies and user interface.
  • Worked on card payments for businesses.
  • Worked on the economic side of the business, taxation, tvsh and sales.
  • Decided to use spiral model as our software process.

Week 3 (March 26, 2020)

  • Determined all characteristics of the users of the system.

  • Revised a detailed description of the business.

  • Finished setting up GitHub accounts and the project.

Week 2 (March 19, 2020)

  • Decided for the actual idea of the project - Online Restaurant System.

  • Had the first communication with the client.

  • Researched on existing similar systems.

  • Researched on backend and frontend technologies to be used and decided for php and css/html/bootstrap.

Week 1 (March 10, 2020)

  • We held our first group meeting via WhatsApp video-call.

  • Decided for the name of the group: 404!

  • Elected the team leader and all of other characters.

  • Each of us proposed an idea for the project.
