Support for BLIF input

Improved support for sequential circuits

Mixed synthesis supports flags to prioritize node count, network depth, or node x depth product

Single command usage through "oracle" command. Reads file, selects number of partitions, partitions network, optimized with mixed synthesis, writes verilog.
