Notes

For new installs, this release removes the field localgov_override_related_links labelled "Replace automatically generated links" on the content type localgov_services_page labled "Service page".

New installs will now always show the related links field in the related links block when links are present.

For existing sites there is no change in behaviour, although the field can be manually removed and then all related links will display.

The originally intended behaviour was for this checkbox to control suppress automatically generated links, but the automatically generated links functionality was actually never implemented.
