Using the code uploaded one can configure to receive an inbound message to their number to notify about call. You will require PLivo account in order to trigger message.You can create one here:www.plivo.com Place the code on webserver and copy the URL of application and paste in the test application you have built on plivo. In place of answer_url place the application url and you are good to go.
