Changes: Added tentative support for CCBC and 2.1.24beta3
Note1: Fanfare was written for 2.0. This version has been updated to work with 2.1.24, but still uses the old hooks and may cause problems for other addons. A rewrite is necessary to work with 2.1-B using the new hooks, but that is extremely time consuming. Rather writing a new addon from scratch maybe faster and cleaner than porting this one...
Note2: There maybe issues using this below 2.1.22 on non-windows machines as there are known audio issues from anki 2.1.17 to 21.
Note3: 2.0 users will not benefit from this upgrade, you may skip it.
