MSVC doesn't fully support C99, including mixed declarations and definitions, struct initialization by name, and missing math defines and functions. This has not been tested on Linux.

I created CMake files to generate the MSVC build files, though I just put enough time to make it work, so I'm not sure if you want to pull them. Definitely make sure the C89 changes I made don't break anything on Linux. :)
