Chore: Fix mend vulnerabilities

Problem Description

Mend discovered multiple security issues. This PR tries to resolve them by updating dependencies.

Changes

• Coil 2.4.0 -> 2.7.0 coil-base-2.4.0.aar: 1 vulnerabilities (highest severity is: 5.9) - autoclosed #86
• Gradle 8.7.0 -> 8.7.1
• Introduced timeout multiplier for runBlockingWithTestTimeout for flaky tests
  • Used for QuizPracticeParticipationE2eTest
• Using runBlockingWithTestTimeout in all tests

For the rest of the vulnerabilities there are no unaffected versions available

I ran the tests and there were no issues. The changes seem appropriate and the app is not affected by them.
