Docker image contains basic ML libraries and PyTorch
The short_test.py file checks that pytorch and numpy are correctly installed, downloads the fashion MNIST dataset and trains a neural network for 3 epochs.
Raises a valuerror if the training loss is not decreasing
Neural network model and training steps can be changed and they will be tested with the same script
