Urán 3.5

We had quite a few commits (45 to be exact) and also new committers for this release. Most important features:

• optimisations and speeding page processing time
• more modifiable information on the home page
• improvements to checkouts, translations and testing
• cancelling print jobs

And as usual, lots of bug fixes and small changes.

Lots of work went into this release... Notable additions:

• Dark mode
• More support for economic committee checkout, and added sysadmin checkout
• PHP and Laravel major upgrades
• Recording extern/resident status
• Option to change user workshops
• Staff notifications
• Tracking WiFi connections
• Bug fixes

In this release we mostly added administrative functions. These are:

Lot of new features with this release.

• All ALFONSÓ languages are now available. Some of these won't actually change to the new language, but we have added a page where user can send in their suggestions and help us translate.
• Some documents can now be automatically filled out and printed/downloaded
• Users can see their personal and educational information
• Email notifications
• Minor UI improvements
• Bug fixes and security upgrades
• Started working on classroom reserving (not yet available)

Admin side:

• Preparation for newly registered users
• More convenient permission handling
