This is an attempt to get this LXD fork to pass the full testsuite.

This branch will:

  • Rename the main environment variables to an INCUS/INC equivalent
  • Rename the X-LXD-xyz HTTP headers to X-Incus-xyz
  • Rename security.devlxd to security.guestapi
  • Rename lxd to incus in AppArmor profiles
  • Rename lxd to incus in nft/xtables
  • Rename /dev/lxd to /dev/incus
  • Cherry-pick a few commits from LXD to fix issues with the testsuite on modern systems

@brauner looks like LVM was still busted, I'll try to sort that one out in a follow-up
