Description of the Change

Bump WordPress Tested up to version 6.5 to 6.6

Closes #44

How to test the Change

  1. Run the e2e test using GitHub action to test this PR.
  2. All tests should be passed.
  3. Regression testing

Closing in favor of pulling these changes into the 1.6.0 release PR #43, noting that we're keeping the WP minimum at 6.1 per Mailchimp's preference. We'll look to bring that farther forward in future releases.
