This is BRIO, a Benchmark for paRallel I/O.

COMPILATION
-----------
1. Run ./configure script to automatically generate a Makefile.
2. make
3. That's all.


CONFIGURATION
-------------

configure script can be used as follow:

 ./configure [-h|--help] [-i|--interactive] [-m|--with-mpi[=]<value>] [-H|--with-phdf5[=]<value>] [-c|--with-pnetcdf[=]<value>] [-a|--with-adios[=]<value>]
 
 -h, --help			 print this help
 -i, --interactive 		 to activate the interactive interface of BRIO
 -m, --with-mpi=<MPIDIR> 	 to specify MPI library directory
 -H, --with-phdf5=<HDFDIR> 	 to specify Parallel HDF5 library directory
 -c, --with-pnetcdf=<CDFDIR> 	 to specify Parallel NetCDF library directory
 -a, --with-adios=<ADIDIR> 	 to specify ADIOS library directory
