Initial feature set implemented. All supported map services work (with valid user credentials, which you will have to obtain).

Added Templated Annotations

Added ability to display annotations based on a DataTemplate and a data source. Fixed minor bugs.

bug fix, minor capability enhancements

This release fixes problems with various mapping services (e.g., Google maps were not being sized correctly).

It also adds some additional dependency properties to J4JMapControl (e.g., a list of available projections, a list of map styles supported by the currently-selected projection) and fixes problems associated with changing services at runtime.
