- Added initial author migration. - Implemented get_full_name and __str__ Author model methods. - Updated timezone in project settings. - Added app_name in author/urls.
- Imported the Author model into serializers and implemented the AuthorSerializer.
- Implemented a viewset for the Author model and connected it to API routes.
