Update versions used in default for heimdall.sh
Updated heimdall.sh to remove heimdall and heimdalld ( to address older versions during upgrade )
Updated the CI workflow to not fail for a alpine and fedora as the docker image issues from downstream to the action. Will add these back later once can be confirmed tested and good.
Added timeout to prevent action cancelling during CI
Updated CI checkout version
Limited the CI test to OS that is actually still supported.
