XML Phonebook App Configuration for Polycom Phones

  1. Go to the Menu > Status > Network > TCP/IP Parameters on your phone to check the currently assigned IP.
  2. Open this IP in your Web Browser to access the IP Phone's Web Interface.
  3. Click in General Tab.
  4. Open the Microbrowser page by clicking Microbrowser under the Submenu.
  5. In Main Browser Home field, enter the path for your XML App File Location. In our case its http://10.0.8.6/xml/menu.html.
  6. Submit Changes.
  7. Go to your IP Phone's Menu > Applications. Here you will find Apps Home & Apps Continue. Apps Home will start FonB App from the beginning. Apps Continue will resume the App from the point where you left last time.
