Release 0.1.3

This is the first release of Paper Git to be available on PyPI.

To get the release run the following command:

$ pip install papergit

Here are the few highlights of this release:

• Integration with Dropbox Paper to download all the documents.
• Command line options to view and update already pulled documents & folders
• A web interface to view the documents and folders already downloaded.
