Added synchronous AM, synchronous AM upper (SAU), and lower (SAL) demodulation modes. Changed CW offset to 750 Hz. Brightened red color of main rx data on the interface.

These changes improved my experience listening to AM broadcasts, aero and maritime utilities, and CW stations.
Everything works nicely on my Ubuntu respins, with current pygame and sounddevice modules.
