Dear developers,
I have just added two simple scripts to generate a Kmer and unitigs coverage plot and unitig length plot using at the same time the raw and clean information provided.
I basically made a function of your code for plotting each individual file and a make a couple of adjustments.
I added two files to the repo and I attach here an example of the plots generated my own data:
scripts/R/plot-covg-hist_raw-clean.R
scripts/R/plot-length-hist_raw-clean.R
Examples:
test-cov.pdf
test-len.pdf

Please, feel free to modify the code, add them if you feel like or discard them if you don't like them and do not find them useful.
I did if because I found them useful in order to check and plot the quality filtering generated during the proccess in a single file.
Regards,
Jose F. Sanchez-Herrero
