Wow - So cool to see this coming together! Nice work on documenting all the steps.
Please revisit these docs and fully put yourself in the mind of some one setting this up for the first time. This means you want to propose the happiest of paths with no detours to arrive there. I've added a number of suggestions to this end.

Description
Move CHT Sync GitHub README to docs site and update CHT Sync & CHT Pipeline setup instructions. The production setup documentation is out of the scope of this change and will be done in a next PR.
