Ruby gem to provide OpenAPI Specification document for basic application hosting CRUD and management operations that when implemented can interact with Cloud Foundry PAAS either PCF, CFAR or K8S.
The project GOALS are detailed separately.
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'cf-generated-specification'
And then execute:
$ bundle install
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install cf-api-specification
Clone cf cli golang source code:
$ git clone https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cli.git
Run cfas to scan the source code:
$ ./bin/cfas --location ~/Projects/workspace/generated/cli

To setup local gem install add this to your ~/.bashrc:
$ mkdir ~/.ruby
$ echo 'export GEM_HOME=~/.ruby/' >> ~/.bashrc
$ echo 'export PATH="$PATH:~/.ruby/bin"' >> ~/.bashrc
$ source ~/.bashrc
After checking out the repo, run bin/setup
to install dependencies. Then, run rake test
to run the tests. You can also run bin/console
for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install
. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb
, and then run bundle exec rake release
, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and the created tag, and push the .gem
file to rubygems.org.
