According to our recent benchmarking results, the following processes are using more RAM than assigned by the toolkit.

With PR #308 all tools should now longer use more memory then requested with the exception of checkm. I was unable to limit the RAM consumption. I believe we have to try checkm2 in order to resolve this issue.
