This PR adds various minor fixes:
predictedRAM.tsv is now generated with a date suffix
Missing quotes added for additional rgi parameters
Unpaired reads can now be used when running the assembly module separately
Jellyfish RAM usage is now restricted (see Bug RAM allocation #276)
