Fix broken link to Russell's blog

This PR addresses a broken link issue in the Metal³ blog post:
Metal³ - Bare Metal Provisioning for Kubernetes.

The original link to Russell Bryant's blog post was returning a 404 error. The following updates were made:

• Replaced the outdated URL with the correct link to the blog post.
• Verified the link to ensure it works as expected.
