Clarifying installation instructions. WIP

A few comments

1. --mfem-branch="master"is not wrong, but ```--mfem-branch=master``' works just fine
2. PyMFEM does not build suitesparse nor cuda. They should not listed together with metis, hypre, gslib, libceed.
3. It is good to mention minimum pip install. I usually do "pip install cmake, swig, numba-scipy" and "pip install mpi4py" for parallel.
